Worship
Duties: Operate the sound system during worship services and assist, as needed, with special events.

Duties: Lead the congregation in worship through music each Sunday and during special events. This includes the necessary preparation and practice both musically and spiritually to be prepared to carry out leading in worship.

Duties: Insure that all necessary baptismal supplies, equipment and facilities are available and in order prior to each baptism. Assist baptismal candidate with their needs during the baptismal process.

Fellowship
Duties: To help create a great first impression for church members and visitors by being friendly & helpful while greeting and assisting members and visitors during their time on the church campus.

Duties: To lead in prayer for the offering and to collect the offering at the appropriate time.
Spiritual giftedness: Service, faith & wisdom.
Duties: To anticipate, plan, follow-through and clean-up wedding/baby showers for church members.
Spiritual giftedness: Encouragement, hospitality, service, and leadership.
Duties: Coordinate and implement the planning, preparation, serving and clean-up of all church fellowships and socials.

Operations
Duties: (Service by call) Develop and present a Master Plan to the body of CBC.
Spiritual giftedness: Leadership, administration, & faith.
Duties: (Service by call) Survey need for additional staff positions, then recruit, interview and recommend new personnel. Review and recommend salary and benefit changes; plus, develop and recommend policies and procedures, for employed personnel.
Spiritual giftedness: Discernment, leadership, wisdom & faith.
Duties: (Service by call) Act as legal agents for the church by holding in trust all the property of the church. Affix signatures to and maintain inventory of all legal documents.
Spiritual giftedness: Discernment, leadership, administration & wisdom.
Duties: Inspect all church properties periodically for maintenance needs and see that these needs are properly met.
Spiritual giftedness: Service & administration.
Duties: (Service by call) Select, interview and enlist church organizational leaders, church ministry members, and general church officers as mandated by the church by-laws.
Spiritual giftedness: Discernment, encouragement, administration & wisdom.
Duties: Coordinate and implement the planning, enhancement, care and servicing of landscaping throughout the church campus.

Duties: Coordinate and implement the planning, follow-through and clean-up of interior and exterior decorating of the church campus, both on going decorating and special event decorating (ie. holidays & special events of the church).

Duties: (Service by call) Coordinate the development and oversee the annual budget. Collect monies for Wednesday Night Supper. Be available to assist in counting offerings.

Duties: To maintain the upkeep of all church vehicles. Develop and implement a scheduled plan of maintenance and service for vehicles and a plan of training drivers in service and safety of the vehicles.

Duties: (Service by call) Maintain the integrity of our current by-laws through adherence and monitoring the meeting of current needs of the congregation and leadership.

Duties: (Service by call) To be a representative of the various ministries and the leadership, of the church. To be a visionary of the direction that the Lord is leading the church. To be an equipper & resource for the ministry leaders of the church. To be an encourager, administrative leader and communicator for all members of the church.

Outreach
Duties: Plan, lead and implement an outreach, discipleship and fellowship emphasis targeting women of our community and women of Calvary. Spiritual giftedness: Encouragement, evangelism, service, and leadership
Duties: Plan, coordinate and implement a strategy to culminate in a week outreach emphasis to the children of Calvary and our community. Duties may include, but are not limited to teaching, preparing refreshments, recreation, etc. Spiritual giftedness: Evangelism, hospitality, encouragement, teaching, faith, leadership, and administration.
Duties: Duties: Plan, lead and implement an outreach, discipleship and fellowship emphasis targeting men of our community and men of Calvary, primarily through service projects. Spiritual giftedness: Encouragement, evangelism, service, and leadership.
DUTIES: Maintain & update website with current information from the office with creative & innovative media. Spiritual giftedness: Administration, service, & encouragement.
Duties: Communicate church events & focus with the church and community. Recommend policies, procedures and actions to improve church public relations.

Duties: Coordinate the planning, preparation, implementation and the involvement of other ministries, for all church special events.

Education
Duties: Follow a developed plan to reach the children of Calvary and our community with the Gospel of Christ on Wednesday evenings. Duties may include, but are not limited to teaching, encouraging, preparation, recreation, etc. Spiritual giftedness: Evangelism, encouragement, faith, leadership and administration.
Duties: Plan, coordinate and implement a strategy to reach the teenagers of Calvary and our community with the Gospel of Christ and to teach and lead them in worship of Him as Lord. Duties may include, but are not limited to participating in worship, outreach activities, trips, teaching, etc. Spiritual giftedness: Evangelism, encouragement, faith, leadership, teaching, administration, hospitality and shepherding.
Duties: Participate in the safety, care and well being of children in the care of our nursery ministry during worship services and special events.
Spiritual giftedness: Mercy, service, encouragement, and leadership.
Duties: Lead our Sunday school classes in building Christ-centered relationships and developing a biblical worldview, within the class and with unchurched people in our community. Assignments include teachers, associate teachers, impact leaders, fellowship leaders, care leaders and office staff.
Spiritual giftedness: Evangelism, hospitality, shepherding, teaching, faith, knowledge, service, encouragement, leadership, administration and wisdom.
Duties: Follow a developed plan to lead the children of Calvary and our community in the worship of Christ on Sunday mornings. Duties may include, but are not limited to teaching, encouraging, preparation, recreation, etc.
Spiritual giftedness: Evangelism, encouragement, faith, leadership, administration and shepherding.
Duties: Plan & teach pre-school children a lesson from the Bible during second service. Be a friendly face and a helpful minister to the children.

Care
Duties: (Service by call) Ministering to the families of the church by way of meeting needs, encouragement, prayer support, etc. Ministry is performed in conjunction with the pastoral staff, Sunday school classes, and other church leadership.
Spiritual giftedness: Encouragement, leadership & service.
Duties: Coordinate and implement the planning, preparation, serving and clean-up of church bereavement meals.
Spiritual giftedness: Service, encouragement, mercy, and hospitality.
