Lynsey Maxwell
Miss Lynsey Maxwell serves as a Ministry Assistant here at Calvary.
She began serving here in May 2023 as a summer intern. Throughout the summer, the Lord gave her a heart for serving within the church, so while she continues to pursue school at WKU, she is staying on staff!
Her main role is helping out with the CBC YTH group, but she also serves in various other areas of need within the church.
Lynsey’s testimony:
I grew up in church and knew I needed to be forgiven of my sins at a young age. I was saved and baptized when I was 7 years old. Years later, as the Lord was growing and maturing my faith, I realized that I not only needed forgiveness of my sins but that I needed Jesus to be the center of my life! Since then, I have come to the realization that the process of becoming more like Christ is a lifelong process. I am thankful for a God who is never changing in the midst of my ever-changing life!
Lynsey’s favorite verse is Romans 8:6. “For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.”
